1. SERVICE AND PROVIDER
Phòng Thờ Việt is operated by Công Ty TNHH Di Sản Số, at Số 1 ngách 61, phường Bồ Đề, Long Biên, Hà Nội, Việt Nam. Contact: contact@disansohoa.com.
The app provides digital worship rooms, family-tree tools, calendars, reference content and features/items described in the app. Cultural, ritual and feng shui content is for reference, not professional advice or a guarantee of real-world results.
“Xây ngoài đời thật” opens a consultation contact channel; it does not itself create a construction contract or deposit obligation. Real-world services require a separate agreement.
2. YOUR ACCOUNT AND CONTENT
You are responsible for providing appropriate information, protecting your login details and reporting suspected unauthorized access.
Accounts are for people aged 12 or over. Users aged 12 to 15 need the consent of a parent or guardian to create an account, as children's data-protection rules require; in-app purchases need a guardian's approval if you are under 18. Information about children in a family tree (name, relationship, date of birth, photos) should be provided only by a parent or guardian. Children's data is never used for advertising. If we learn we hold a child's data without the required consent, we delete it.
You retain your lawful rights to your content and permit us to use it only as needed to store, display, back up and provide the features you request, without transferring all ownership rights.
Only supply another person's information, images or notes where you have appropriate authority or legal grounds. Do not post impersonating content or infringe privacy, reputation, image rights, children's rights or intellectual property.
Family-tree sharing is explained in the Privacy Policy. Administration rights do not authorize every use of members' information.
3. ITEMS AND SERVICE PLANS
Prices, currency, duration and entitlements are shown before purchase. Gold, Coins, Merit and digital items are not automatically deposits, investments or value redeemable for cash.
For auto-renewing subscriptions, check the recurring price, renewal conditions and cancellation process on the purchase screen and Google Play/App Store. Not every service plan renews automatically.
Refunds, cancellation and complaint rights follow mandatory law and the payment channel's conditions. Account deletion does not automatically cancel store subscriptions; check and cancel at the place of subscription if you do not wish to continue.
4. ADVERTISING AND SAFE USE
Advertising, data use and your privacy choices are explained in the Privacy Policy. Reading these terms is not, by itself, consent to advertising or tracking.
Do not attack the system, bypass permissions, unlawfully collect family-tree data or commit payment fraud. We may restrict or suspend use on appropriate grounds, giving notice where possible and accepting review requests through our contact channel, subject to security or legal restrictions.
5. DATA, TERMINATION AND DISPUTES
Request deletion through Cài đặt (Settings) → Bảo mật (Security) → Xóa tài khoản (Delete account), contact@disansohoa.com, or https://legal.disansohoa.com/delete-account. Shared data and lawfully retained information are addressed in the Privacy Policy and deletion instructions.
Material changes are communicated appropriately, with renewed agreement where required. You may contact us for help resolving a dispute without losing your right to complain to a competent authority or court.
Vietnamese law applies to the extent lawful, without removing mandatory rights and protections where you live. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
